Officers noted multiple items of drug paraphernalia to include a meth pipe with burnt and methamphetamine residue, as well as a plate that contained what was later determined to be a crushed ecstasy pill in plain view in his house.<\/p>\n<p>Officers also spoke with Shawnna Bastian, 27 of Franklin.
