On March 1, 2022 at 12:17 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police were contacted by Probation and Parole requesting assistance with a known female at their State Probation and Parole Office located at 50 Gibb Road, Franklin.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival officers spoke with Parole Agents who advised that Stephanie Thomas, 33 of Oil City, had entered their facility and had given a false urine to agents.<\/p>\n
Upon further investigation it was revealed that Stephanie Thomas had placed a plastic bottle inside of her vagina and reported to probation and parole for a urine drug screen test. Upon entering Stephanie Thomas advised that she could only urinate small amounts and that she was having her period.<\/p>\n
After using the bottle, but only depositing a small amount in the cup she wrapped up the plastic bottle as it if were a sued tampon and threw it in the hygiene trash. Parole Agents checked the bathroom once she was done and noted that the paper towels did not contain a tampon, but a plastic bottle with still a small amount of reddish fluid on the outside and inside.<\/p>\n
Sugarcreek Borough Police spoke with Thomas and advised her of the charges to be filed against her to include<\/p>\n
