On November 4, 2021 Sugarcreek Borough Police initiated a traffic stop in the 200 block of Rocky Grove Ave with Melanie Bell, 27 of Franklin, for driving while DUI suspended and a vehicle registration that was suspended due to insurance cancellation.<\/p>\n
Upon speaking with Melanie Bell multiple outward signs of impairment were noted. Bell refused field sobriety testing when asked. Melanie Bell also refused chemical test of blood.<\/p>\n
Subsequently a search warrant was prepared and granted for a chemical test of her blood.<\/p>\n
The toxicology results from NMS Labs showed that she had operated a motor vehicle with a high level of methamphetamine, amphetamine and also Norbuprenorphine.<\/p>\n
Melanie Bell was charged for the following.
