Application and waiver form can also be obtained at the Borough of Sugarcreek Administration Building located at 212 Fox Street, Franklin, PA 16323 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended that a resume and any other related documentation in which the applicant feels appropriate should accompany the application.<\/p>\n<p>Those applicants wishing to request Veteran&#8217;s preferences are required to send a copy of their DD Form 214 as proof of service.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must meet the following qualifications to apply:<br \/>\n*Applicant must be 21 years of age at the time of testing<br \/>\n*Applicant must be Act 120 certified<br \/>\n*Applicant must be able to complete and pass a physical agility test<br \/>\n*Applicant must be able to pass a thorough background and credit check<\/p>\n<p>Persons with questions can contact Chief of Police Robert J.
