\n\nOn January 17, 2020 at around 11:48 pm Sugarcreek Police conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle that appeared to be traveling higher than the posted speed limit on Allegheny Blvd. Officer timed the vehicle as travelling at 64 mph in a posted 45 mph zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once the vehicle was stopped officer noted multiple signs of impairment from the driver Dalton Boyles, 24 of Franklin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Boyles displayed multiple signs of impairment during field sobriety testing and was taken into custody for the suspicion of D.U.I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Blood results showed that he had been operting a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.196.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
