On July 12, 2021 at approximately 2:20 PM officers encountered persons around Big Lots on Allegheny Blvd. whom had been identified by reliable information as being involved in the sale and distribution of a controlled substance (heroin).<\/p>\n
Upon contact it was determined that criminal activity was present and officers recovered approximately 5.5 grams of heroin and over $900.00 in US currency.<\/p>\n
Upon identifying the suspects all three persons were found to reside in Youngstown, Ohio, with two of them having outstanding warrants for parole violations.<\/p>\n
Sedric Johnson, 24, and Taqwan Scott, 22, were charged with the following:<\/p>\n
Possession with Intent to Deliver (heroin).
\nCriminal Conspiracy
\nPossession of a Controlled Substance (heroin).<\/p>\n
Both were arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey and bail was denied. Both were placed in the Venango County Jail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
