On May 8, 2021 at approximately 7:03 PM officer observed Anthony Santella, 39 of Titusville, driving his vehicle with the driver’s side rear tail light out. Officer stopped the vehicle in the parking lot of Rural King. When the officer approached he noticed a strong odor of burnt marijuana and alcohol.<\/p>\n
Field Sobriety was performed on Santella who failed the testing. Santella was arrested and placed in the marked patrol vehicle. Santella asked for his cell phone out of his vehicle, as officer was retrieving the cell phone he noticed the smoking pipe on the passenger side front floorboard.<\/p>\n
Blood results came back from NMS Lab showing the blood alcohol was .137 and his Delta-9 THC was 1.0 ng\/ml.<\/p>\n
