Hamilton was arrested on a felony warrant on April 19, 2021 at approximately 9:30 am without incident.<\/p>\n<p>Hamilton was charged with the following:<br \/>\nIntimidation of a Witness or Victim<br \/>\nConspiracy<br \/>\nCorruption of Minors (3 counts)<br \/>\nConspiracy<br \/>\nTerroristic Threats with Intimidation to Terrorize Another<br \/>\nSale of Tobacco (3 counts)<br \/>\nSale of Tobacco (3 counts)<br \/>\nSale of Tobacco &#8211; Handling of Tobacco (3 counts)<\/p>\n<p>Hamilton was arraigned in front of Magistrate Lowrey and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sugarcreek Borough Police Department initiated an investigation into an individual supplying and selling vapes to juveniles.
