Baker was able to determine that Sean Penker of 412 Egbert Street, did know that a wanted individual, Kevin Wilson, had been at Penker&#8217;s residence. Penker knew that the individual was wanted due to being advised by Lt. Baker of the active warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penker failed to notify authorities of Kevin Wilson being at his residence after being advised of the arrest warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penker was charged with Hindering Apprehension of Presecution, Providing False Information to Law Enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penker was arraigned by District Justice Lowrey and placed into Venango County Jail on $15,000 bail.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sugarcreek Police conducted an investigation into possible weapons violations stemming from an incident earlier in December 2019.
