Sugarcreek Borough Police filed charges on Damian Mikel Carter-Deal, 18 of Rocky Grove, following an incident that occurred on August 26, 2020 at 6:40 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Investigation shows that Deal did enter in to an argument over a messenger service with a juvenile and then the guardians of the juvenile and ultimately made statements that he was going to come to the residence with others and guns to take care of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A short time later Deal was observed in a vehicle traveling to the direct location of the victim and a traffic stop was conducted where he was found to be consuming and transporting an alcoholic beverage and in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deal was charged with the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Terroristic Threats, Misd 1
Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana – Misd
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misd
Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages, Summary<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deal was arraigned before Magistrate Kirtland and placed into Venango County Jail on $7,500 bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
