On August 18, 2020 at approximately 5:18 pm Sugarcreek Borough Police were dispatched to 35 Baker Street for an active domestic in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
911 advised officers that the male actor had struck the victim’s car with his vehicle and threatened to snap her neck. Officers were also advised there were no weapons except for the actor’s vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On arrival the scene was secured and the victim and suspect were identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kirk Tomlinson, 54 of Rocky Grove, was found to be the suspect and taken into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tomlinson was charged with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Simple Assault
Harassment
Stalking
Disorderly Conduct
Terroristic Threats
Following Too Closely<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tomlinson was arraigned before District Magistrate Fish and lodged into the Venango County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000 straight bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
