Applications may be obtained from the Administration Building Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended that a resume and any other documentation in which the applicant feels appropriate should accompany the application.<\/p>\n<p>Those applicants wishing to request Veterans&#8217; preference are required to send a copy of their DD Form 214 as proof of service.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must meet the following qualifications to apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant must be 21 years of age at the time of testing<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be Act 120 certified<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be able to complete and pass a physical agility test<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be able to pass a thorough background and credit check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Persons with questions can contact Mayor Craig Westover at the Borough of Sugarcreek Police Department via phone at (814) 432 \u2013 4717.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Borough of Sugarcreek Police Department is currently accepting applications until Monday, March 9th, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
