On March 4, 2025 at approximately 8:48 AM Sugarcreek Borough Police responded to the report of intoxicated persons on Rocky Grove Avenue.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival one male and one female were located and noted to be manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance. Upon interaction with them the male provided what was later determined to be a false name and date of birth. The female identified herself as Haylee Suttle, 27 of Franklin.<\/p>\n
Both individuals were taken into custody for public intoxication. A search incident to arrest showed the possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, digital scales, smoking devices, and other paraphernalia consistent with the sale and distribution of the controlled substance.<\/p>\n
The male continued to provide false information as to his identity despite being advised that it would result in criminal charges.<\/p>\n
The male was later identified as Cody Wheeler, 28 of Franklin. Cody Wheeler is known to be an absconder.<\/p>\n
Due to the outstanding warrants for both individuals they were lodged into the Venango County Jail with charges to be filed.<\/p>\n
Cody Wheeler and Haylee Suttle were charged with the following:<\/p>\n
Possession with Intent to Deliver \u2013 Felony \u2013 1 count
\nPossession with Intent to Deliver Conspiracy \u2013 Felony \u2013 1 count
\nPossession of Controlled Substance (fentanyl, methamphetamine) \u2013 Misdemeanor \u2013 2 counts
\nPossession of Drug Paraphernalia \u2013 Misdemeanor \u2013 1 count
\nPublic Intoxication \u2013 Summary<\/p>\n
Cody Wheeler was also charged with False Identification of Law Enforcement \u2013 Misdemeanor 3<\/p>\n
