A victim called the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department to report that someone entered the house located\u00a0 of her deceased mother, located at Franklin Commons Apartments between January 3rd thru 7th, 2025, and had stolen belongings.<\/p>\n
A course of investigation was conducted and the suspects were identified that had burglarized the decedent’s house. Breanna Andres, 28 of Franklin, and Sky Sayers, 20 of Franklin, were charged with the following:<\/p>\n
Burglary – Felony 1
\nConspiracy to Commit Burglary – Felony 1
\nTheft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition – Misdemeanor 2
\nConspiracy to Commit Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition – Misdemeanor 2
\nReceiving Stolen Property – Misdemeanor 2
\nConspiracy to Commit Receiving Stolen Property – Misdemeanor 2<\/p>\n
Carly Lawson, 31 of Franklin, was charged with the following:

Warrants have been issued for all three suspects in this case.
