On January 30, 2024 at 8:15 PM Sugarcreek Borough Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 1500 Block of Allegheny Blvd, Reno, that was suspended for Type F Insurance Cancelation.<\/p>\n
While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle officers noted the passenger to be making furtive movements about his person.<\/p>\n
During a course of conversation officers were able to identify the passenger as Frank Albaugh, 55, formerly of Oil City, now residing in Rocky Grove.<\/p>\n
Frank Albaugh was found to have 6 active warrants for his arrest. A search of his person revealed an animal print bag that contained approximately 2.6 grams of methamphetamine and multiple other items of drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
Frank Albaugh was taken to the Venango County Jail on his outstanding warrants.<\/p>\n
Frank Albaugh was charged with the following:
\nPossession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) – Misdemeanor
\nPossession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor<\/p>\n
