On August 18, 2022, Sugarcreek Borough Police were contacted by an employee of the Goodwill store located on Allegheny Blvd. The employee stated that they had video of a person taking items from the donation area of the store, placing the items in her vehicle, and leaving without paying for the items she had taken.
Upon arrival officers reviewed the video and through a course of investigation were able to determine that the person was Lisa Hajbura, 59 of Franklin.
Officers were able to contact Ms. Hajbura and advise her of the charges.
Lisa Hajbura was charged with the following:
Theft of Movable Property – Misdemeanor
Charges were filed through Magistrate Kirtland’s office.
