Sidney Paisley Gramley, 61 of Franklin, was arrested following an arrest warrant service for a criminal mischief incident that occurred in October 2019 on Maple Street in Rocky Grove.
Gramley was arraigned before Magistrate Lowrey and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
