Christian Evan Ross, 21 of Franklin, was charged with the following in conjunction with an incident that occurred Sunday evening, February 16, 2020, in the Rocky Grove area.

Terroristic Threats
Harassment
Ross appeared before District Justice Lowrey Thursday February 20, 2020, and was arraigned on the above charges.
