On August 5, 2024, a known victim spoke with Sugarcreek police and reported that Erik Estrada, 41 of Franklin, has been stalking, harassing and threatening her life.
The known victim reported that Erik Estrada had blocked her in with his motor vehicle multiple times impeding her ability to leave. Once the victim was able to drive away Erik Estrada began following her driving in an aggressive manner screaming that she was dead. Erik continued to follow the victim into Franklin. This placed the victim in fear for her safety.
Erik Estrada was charged with the following.
Terroristic Threats – Misdemeanor 1
Simple Assault – Misdemeanor 2
Harassment – Misdemeanor 3
A warrant was issued for Erik Estrada and after contact he turned himself in.
Erik Estrada was arraigned before Magistrate Fish. Unable to post the $20,000 bail Erik Estrada was lodged into the Venango County Jail. Erik Estrada was later able to post bail.
