On December 31, 2023 Sugarcreek Borough Police were contacted by an employee of the Goodwill store located at 767 Allegheny Blvd reporting that they had been burglarized on the evening prior and on a previous occasion. This was noted on security camera.
Through a course of investigation Sugarcreek Borough Police were able to determine that Edward Frey, 21 of Cooperstown and Corry area and Kaelynn Kissling, 23 of Cooperstown and Franklin area, were the two individuals responsible for the Burglary.
Criminal complaints were filed against Edward Frey and Kaelynn Kissling. When officers attempted to serve the arrest warrants at their last know residence both individuals were unable to be located.
