On March 17, 2022 at 8:00 AM Sugarcreek Borough Police were dispatched to the intersection of Fox Street and Parker Ave., for the report of an overdose.
Upon arrival officers noted that one male later identified as Isreal “Izzo” Chapman, 37 of Farrell, was on location and was identified as the caller. The female patient was taken from the scene immediately upon officer’s arrival with the paramedics stating her condition was dire and that she needed taken to UPMC for further treatment.
After speaking with Mr. Chapman officers noted that he had changed his version of the story and what had actually happened. Due to the overall circumstances up to this point officers secured the vehicle pending the outcome of an investigation.
Officers spoke with the victim who relayed that Isreal “Izzo” Chapman had provided her with the drug and that she had fallen out because of it. The known victim stated that as soon as the drug was ingested she knew something wasn’t right and stated to him that she was “falling out”.
Through the course of the investigation officers were able to obtain a search warrant for the vehicle and located drug paraphernalia and a small amount of drugs.
Isreal “Izzo” Chapman was charged with the following:
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor (1 count)
Possession of Marijuana – Misdemeanor (1 count)
