On June 26, 2021 at 1:03 AM officers were patrolling in the area of Sheetz on Allegheny Blvd. Officers observed a white Ford Mustang move abruptly from the turn only lane going into Sheetz into the lane of travel.
The vehicle continued to travel south straddling the center lane and the south bound lane of travel. Officers initiated a traffic stop. Multiple cues of impairment were noted on the driver, Thomas Kelly, 43 of Oil City.
Kelly was arrested and taken for a blood draw.
